Regional Sales Manager

A leadership role which requires the role holder to set the in-region acquisition strategy and to lead and manage the direct sales team and management


Experience required:

Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management ideally within a retail network.
Management experience of distribution points (residential (DTH)), electrical and grocer multiples and other third party channels (dealers/key accounts).
A good understanding of the pay tv industry, with a background in pay tv, media and telecoms desirable.
A good understanding of retail procedures, policies and practices.
Strong people management and leadership skills.

Education requirement:
Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in business management, sales or marketing.

Knowledge & Skills:
Uses business knowledge and competitor information to inform decision making and drive added value.
Able to identify and priorities issues and organise work accordingly.
Thinks of new opportunities to improve processes, add value and/or drive commercial success and make clear decisions.

Puts customer experience at the heart of everything we do; inspires and creates a service led environment.
Communicates clearly and in a way that is easy for people to understand.
Uses influencing strategies and persuasion in order to achieve.
English & Arabic essential.
